Given the weather, the referee, our classy opposition and the very last game of the season, anything other than a cracker of a try feast would have been a disappointment. Postponed from the arctic conditions of early January, that in itself was a bonus for all. Threatened rain never materialised and the pitch had benefited from late April showers since the unforgiving game against Redruth seven days earlier. Just a relaxed atmosphere for all to enjoy and conclude with no issues to take into the close season.
