CRUFC U16s 5 - 34 Shelford

With many of the U16s squad unavailable through injury or holidays, the manager mixed up the team for Sundays game to test players playing out of position. Unfortunately, under extremely torturous cold, sleat and rainy conditions and on a heavy pitch, the final score was 34-5 to Shelford. Cambridge had some great individual performances and some testing play, which under better conditions may have worked. The opposition were spirited and organised , but Cambridge lost key players during the match through injury and finished the game with 13 men.
