Whether it is for a sporting event, special occasion or for business, Cambridge Rugby Club has the venue, facilities and staff to make the event a successful one.

We have a brand new conference and presentation room for functions overlooking the 6 pitches, which can accommodate up to 200 people for a sit down formal meal or more for conference or theatre set and buffets. With a solid wood floor and air-conditioning it can hold dancing or regular dance, fitness or club classes such as aerobics or karate. The room has its own bar and kitchen.

The Club's caterer (Cantab Catering Ltd) can cater for any event from sandwiches to wedding breakfasts and has an excellent reputation.

Down on the ground floor we have the club room with a long bar and kitchen facilities, the V.P's room with a bar, changing rooms and a physiotherapy room.

The venue and facilities at Grantchester Road are within walking distance of the centre of Cambridge and are fully licenced for parties, functions and banquets. Extensive on site parking is also available.
