Special General Meeting - Postponed to 25th January 2012

Members are asked to note that the Committee has called Special General Meeting on the 25th January, 7 for 7:30pm. At the meeting members will recieve the audited accounts of the club for 2008/9, 2009/10 and 2010/11 seasons. Members will also be asked to approve a minor revision of the club rule:

Rule 8, paragraph (3.1), line 4 Delete “the 31st May ” and substitute “one week prior to the date of the AGM”.

Rule 8, paragraph (4.1), line 4 Delete “31st May” and substitute “one week prior to the date of the AGM.”

Rule 8, paragraph (5.1) Delete “31st May” and substitute “one week prior to the date of the AGM.”
