Don Rattenbury

It is with great sadness that we have to report the untimely death of Don Rattenbury on Friday 19 December.

Don was a life-long member of Cantabrigian Rugby Club where he played competitive rugby for many years and was club captain in the late 70s.  He was also a stalwart supporter, and sometime committee member at Cambridge RUFC during the last fifteen years. Don's friendly face and witty repartee on the touch-line will be missed by many.

Our sincere condolences go out to Ginna and their two daughters at this sad time.

Don's funeral will be held at the West Chapel of the Cambridge Crematorium at 11.15 on Friday 2nd January 2009 and afterwards at Cambridge Rugby Club, Grantchester Road.
