CRUFC Senior 4th XV, The Exiles, play their rugby in the Greene King Super Premier League.

In 2011/12 we want to build on the achievements of the 2010/11 season which we finished as both champions of the Greene King Deuxieme Nord league and winners of the Deuxieme Cup.

During the season, we train on Thursday nights at the Club.  The training sessions begin at 7:00pm.  The emphasis is on enjoyment and skills, rather than mere fitness training.  The sessions are also suitable for those who do not actually want to play, but who simply want to stay connected with rugby; so, anyone is welcome to come along.
