New Laws Update
As you may know a number of new laws have been trialled recently on a global basis. One site was here in Cambridge in inter college games. The IRB has agreed that some of these will now be introduced and I received the below this week.
From the RFU: I would like to draw your attention to the IRB Law amendments approved for global trial at the start of the Northern Hemisphere season at, or around, 1 September 2012. (The amendments can be implemented during pre-season and cup matches taking place in August)
