Vanguards

CRUFC Senior 5th XV, The famous international touring Vanguards are all veterans (over 35 years old) playing competitive rugby for fun and can boast international calibre in our ranks.  If you want to play vets rugby at its very best in Cambs, Beds, Bucks and Herts then you need look no further than the Mighty Vanguards.  We have a mix from just vets to past-it vets but we all keep going and we love it.

We go from strength to strength each year, both on and off the pitch ...

Home games are played at Wests Renault Park.  For the 2009/10 season the Vanguards will merge with the Exiles for League Matches and play friendlies as Vanguards. Training is from 7.30 pm under floodlights at the club on Gratchester Road, all comers are welcome to join in.
